The Original Navy SEAL Evo Series
The Navy SEALs are the best of the best, supremely trained and ready for anything. Back in 1994, Luminox developed a watch with the SEALs, listening to their needs and working together with them to create the ultimate timepiece. The result was the Navy SEAL 3001, the only watch officially licensed by the US Navy and created with their authorization and approval. Today, many Navy SEALs wear this watch as they perform operations around the world.
The Navy SEAL 3001 EVO series watches honor the past while staying firmly fixed on the future. Tougher than ever and ready for anything, they represent the Navy SEALs perfectly.
Water-resistant to 200 meters, the 3001 EVO watches are available in three different variations: Navy Blue, Old Radium, and Black Out.
LUMINOX LIGHT TECHNOLOGY
The ALWAYS VISIBLE function is powered by an innovative Luminox Light Technology (LLT), a self-powered illumination system that utilizes tritium: tiny micro gas light tubes to create ultimate visibility in complete darkness, under any conditions.
This unique and advanced Swiss technology allows the watches to ensure at-a-glance visibility, meaning the watches provide a constant glow 24/7 for up to 25 years. While other watch brands use a phosphorescent paint on the markers or solar-powered technology that requires an external light source to produce a “luminous effect”, Luminox watches do not require any external sources.
LUMINOX + SUSTAINABILITY
Mondaine Watch Group. Sustainable Swiss Watchmakers.
It is our concern to question and improve processes and our corporate culture not only from an ecological, but also from a social and economic point of view. Mondaine has been taking steps towards a more sustainable future for over 30 years.
Since 2019, all of our watches are produced by solar-power in our state-of-the-art watch factory in Biberist Switzerland. With the installment of our own photovoltaic solar plant on the roof of the Mondaine factory we cover around 80% of our own electricity requirements.
In addition, we just achieved CO2-neutrality in the year 2020, through a partnership with non-profit Fairventure's where we planted trees to offset our carbon emissions.
