Watch is great but it only comes with one band that you have to cut to match your wrist, but be careful not to cut it to short or the band is garbage. Also need their bad tool to get it on and off effectively but that is sold separately as well and is not mentioned in the product description. So I bought a universal band and that doesn’t come with pins for that band, they don’t sell them so then I needed to go to another retailer to buy those. Very frustrating and such an added cost.
