Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Roles and responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Enter and monitor sales orders and inventory
    • Help create, revise, and adjust presentations for national sales team, and national accounts.
    • Complete all set up required for drop ship and national accounts
    • Assist with the execution of all drop ship accounts ensure proper inventory, images and presence meets the brands standards
    • Assist with execution of sales related promotions and contests
    • Manage brand identity for wholesale account websites
    • Manage email communication with retailers
    • Optimize pricelists by brand and ensure accurate information for sales team and retailers
    • Process requests, monitor, and order Retail POS artwork
    • Provide logistical support including shipping, inventory, and delivery dates.
    • Gather and organize product photos and product specs as required
    • Maintain client lists and other client data

Preferred skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Prior experience working with SAP
    • Prior experience with EDI operations and set up
    • Proficient social media skills
    • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
    • Ability to correspond with clients professionally and within a timely manner
    • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Experience

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a product company

Qualifications and educational requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum three years of experience – Watches and Jewelry preferred

Roles and responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Manage comments, direct messages’, and engagement with customers on owned brand social channels: Facebook & Instagram
    • Manage all customer inquiries within a timely and professional manner
    • Assist customers with order inquiries, product concerns, returns or exchanges
    • Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via online chat, Facebook + Instagram, email, and phone
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns via online communication
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions via online communication
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner
    • Acts as a brand ambassador by positively representing the brand DNA, aligned with a strong ability to verbalize LUMINOX and MONDAINE service philosophy and mission.
