ICE SAR Arctic, 46 mm, Outdoor Adventure Watch
1001
$595.00
The ICE-SAR Arctic 1001 features a 46 mm CARBONOX™ case. CARBONOX™ is an extremely robust and durable carbon-based material that is available exclusively from us. Much lighter than steel, it is hypoallergenic, extremely long-lasting and durable. The ICE-SAR logo, with its four-circle elements, inspired the collection's bezel, while the shape of the hour, minute and second hands recalls the carabiners used by the rescuers in their missions.

Proud Partner of ICE-SAR
Luminox is proud to be working with the ICE-SAR, a historic Search and Rescue operation, and to be equipping them with ICE-SAR Arctic series watches. All wrist watch designs are inspired by Iceland or equipment of the Search and Rescue Team.
About ICE-SAR
The professional teams of the ICE-SAR are trained to go anywhere on Iceland, known as “the Land of Fire and Ice.” And on Iceland, that really means what it says – rescuers routinely answer calls during avalanches, shipwrecks, storms, eruptions, earthquakes, sub-zero winters and much more. Our Inspiration
The logo of ICE-SAR, with its four circle-section elements, inspired the shape of the bezels of the collection, and the hands are shaped to resemble the carabiners that the rescuers use on every mission.
The Dial
The hard-sandblasted dial calls to mind the lava fields that cover 30% of Iceland, and on the blue and black/red models, the number 12 is replaced with 112, the emergency number in many countries of Europe.
Genuine Rubber Strap
The ICE-SAR Arctic 1001 watch comes with a black buckle and a black genuine rubber strap with textile in 24 mm. All straps with the same lug width fit the watch.See Strap FPX.2404.21B.1.K .
